1. For the reasons stated in the application, it is clarified that the amount directed to be released to the Workman by order dated 10th October, 2022 of this Court shall now be released in favour of Smt. Anjali Panda, [whose name is indicated in para 3 to the application] the widow of late Shri Manoj Kumar Panda upon proper identification.

2. The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
