Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. Order No.

Even though the writ petition is field under apprehension of coercive action by competent authority, however on perusal of the Single Bench order at running page 19 of the brief, this Court finds in disposal of W.P.(C).No.8116 of 2018, by order dated 15.05.2018 a Single Bench of this Court has already observed there shall not be no coercive action against the petitioner during pendency of Appeal Case No.05 of 2018 pending before the Commissioner-cum-Secretary to Govt. in Housing & Urban Development Department, the statement is made in Court by Mr.Puspalaka, learned counsel for the petitioner that the Appeal Case No.05 of 2018 is still pending. In the circumstance, this Court while finding it premature but, however observes in the event of pendency of Appeal Case No.05 of 2018, there cannot be any coercive measure against the petitioner.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the observation made hereinabove.
