This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The Petitioner is an accused in connection with Baripada Town P.S. Case No. 60 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 152 of 2022 pending on the file of learned SDJM, Baripada for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 457/380/34 of the I.P.C 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s 439 Cr. P.C. by the learned 1st Additional District & Sessions Judge, Baripada, by order dated 27.04.2022, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the criminal proclivity of the Petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain this BLAPL at this stage. Accordingly, the same stands rejected.

It shall be open to the Petitioner to move the court after filing of Charge Sheet.
