This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement Order No.

(virtual/physical) mode.

The Petitioner, who having been implicated in the case arising out of Umerkote P.S. Case No.175 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.244 of 2022 registered for alleged commission of offence under section 493/417/294/323/506 of the I.P.C. pending on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Umerkote, in filing this application under section 438 Cr.P.C., has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 4.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the materials on record; further keeping in view the nature of gravity of the offences and its manner of commission

// 2 // as also the role assigned to the Petitioner therein as those emanate from the materials on record as well as other surrounding circumstances; while being not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioner, this application stands disposed of with the observation that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case and moves for his release on bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit; further taking into account all such developments, which have taken place in the meantime in their proper perspective and dispose of the same early in accordance with law without being influenced by this order.
