Perused the records. The petitioner has filed the writ application seeking direction to opposite parties no.1 and 3 to grant no objection certificate/essentiality certificate and the certificate of consent respectively in its favour so as to enable it to get permission from the INC to run the ANM and B.Sc. nursing courses. 5.

Since the petitioner has sought no objection certificate for the year 2017-18 and in the meantime, the said period has expired, the writ petition has become infructuous by efflux of time and the same is disposed of accordingly.
