This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.701 of 2022, on the files of learned SDJM, Berhampur Dist-Ganjam, arising out of Bada Bazar P.S.

Case No.77 of 2022, under Sections 272/273/420/482/483/488/34 of the IPC read with Section 51/52/53/56/57/59/63 of Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, read with Section 52a/55 of the Orissa Excise Act. and is in custody since 14.03.2022.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Ganjam, Berhampur, by order dated 10.05.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Relies on the orders passed by this Court dated 20.05.2022 in BLAPL No.4343 of 2022 and the order dated 20.05.2022 in BLAPL No.4387 of 2022 and submits that the petitioner has lesser complicity and as such is to be released on bail. 6.

Learned counsel for the State opposes such prayer. 7.

Taking into account the orders passed by this Court and the role ascribed to the petitioner, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail. Terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
