This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Mr. Pradeep Kumar Mohanty, learned counsel and his associates have entered appearance on behalf of the Petitioner by filing Vakalatnama in Court today, which is taken on record. 3.

Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that since the brief is not with him, he is not in a position to argue the matter.

On perusal of the order sheet, it appears that the matter is being adjourned since 30th June, 2022 on the prayer of learned counsel for the Petitioner appearing earlier. On 25th August, 2022, a petition for amendment of the writ petition was allowed and learned counsel for the Petitioner was directed to file consolidated writ petition. Since Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner is not in a position to argue the matter, this Court is not inclined to adjourn the matter further. 5.
