This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners as well as the learned Additional Government Advocate.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that the case of the Petitioners is covered by a judgment of this Court in School Managing Committee of Amaramunda Govt. Primary School, Amarmunda V. State of Odisha & others) and batch reported in 2021(II) OLR 1. In such view of the matter, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has already represented to the Director of Elementary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar Opposite Party No.2 on 21.05.2021. It is stated that the same is pending for consideration.

Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that since the matter is pending before the Director, Elementary Education, Odisha Opposite Party No.2, let a direction be issued to the Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law in the light of the law laid down by this Court in
// 2 // the aforesaid case referred to above within a stipulated period of time.

Considering the aforesaid submissions and taking into consideration the limited nature of grievance of the Petitioners, this Court disposes of the writ application at the stage of admission directing the Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 21.05.2022 under Annexure-4 in the light of the law laid down by this court in the aforesaid case. The Opposite Party No.2 shall do well to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. The decision so taken be communicated to the Petitioner within two weeks thereafter. 6.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stands disposed of.
