This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in T.R. Case No.351 of 2021, on the files of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Bhubaneswar, arising out of Khurdha Road P.S. Case No.59 of 2021, under Sections 20(b)(ii)(c) of the NDPS Act. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Court of the 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Bhubaneswar, by order dated 12.05.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.

Taking into account the order passed by this Court dated 24.02.2022 in BLAPL No.7915 of 2021 and BLAPL No.7917 of

2021 relating to the co-accused, this Court directs that the petitioner shall be released on bail. Terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter at par with that of the co-accused. 6.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
