This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are accused in G.R. Case No.302 of 2022, on the files of learned J.M.F.C. Aska, arising out of Dharakote P.S. Case No.61 of 2022, under Sections 341/323/324/307/506/34 of the IPC. And is in custody since 18.03.2022.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Court of the Additional Sessions Judge, ASKA, Ganjam, by order dated 12.05.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.

Perused the injury report which is on record.

It is brought on record that in the case at hand other coaccused persons have been released on anticipatory bail by order dated 05.05.2022 by this Court in ABLAPL No.3141 of 2022. 7.

On perusal of the injury report which is on record, it is seen that the injuries are all simple in nature. Considering the submissions made, this Court directs that the petitioners shall be released on bail. Terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
