This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.124 of 2022, on the files of learned S.D.J.M., Patnagarh, arising out of Belpada P.S. Case No.32 of 2022, under Sections 457/380 of the IPC and is in custody since 27.02.2022.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Patnagarh by order dated 10.05.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the nature of allegations and the period of custody since 27.02.2022, this Court directs the petitioner

to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL application stands disposed of. 7.
