This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Standing counsel for the State.

The petitioners are an accused in G.R. Case No.979 of 2022 on the files of learned J.M.F.C(R), Cuttack arising out of Kandarpur P.S. Case No.70 of 2022, under Sections 498-A/302/304-B/34 of IPC and is in custody since 19.04.2022.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge (Vigilance) Cuttack by order dated 18.05.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.
Taking into account the submissions of the learned counsel for the State that charge sheet has been submitted inter alia under Section 306 and keeping in view the petitioners who are in-laws and are in custody since 19.04.2022, this Court directs the petitioners to be
released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
