This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This is an application for modification of order dated 29.07.2022.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Paragraph-7 of order dated 29.07.2022 be deleted and in its place the following sentence be inserted.

The Petitioner shall furnish a cash security of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five thousand) which shall be kept in any Nationalised Bank in an interest bearing account in the name of the court in seisin over the matter."

Four weeks' further time from today is granted to the
