Upon hearing learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State as well as learned Counsel appearing for the Informant, this application stands disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioner to approach this Court afresh in case cause of action so arises in future.

Granting the liberty as aforesaid, the ABLAPL stands disposed of as withdrawn.

Interim order passed on 30.06.2020 does no more survive.
