Mr.Partha Sarathi Nayak, learned counsel for O.P.-N.C.B. is present and opposes the bail application of the petitioner. 3.

None appears for the petitioner at the time of call so also no one had appeared on last two occasions on 23.11.2022 and 08.12.2022 and the petitioner was given one last chance but he has failed to avail such chance.
