3. The Petitioner is in custody since 25th September, 2021 in connection with Tangi P.S. P.R. No.112/2021-22 corresponding to 2(a) C.C. No.44/2021 pending in the court of learned 2nd Addl. Sessions Judge, Cuttack for the alleged commission of the offence under Section 20(b)(ii)(C ) of the NDPS Act.
