This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.203 of 2022, on the files of learned JMFC, Barbil, arising out of Joda P.S. Case No.55 of 2022, under Sections 341/323/324/325/506/120(B)/34 of the IPC. and is in custody since 12.05.2022.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Court of the JMFC, Barbil, by order dated 13.05.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the allegations being primarily under Section 506 of IPC, this Court directs that the petitioner shall be

released on bail, on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
