This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.219 of 2022, on the files of learned JMFC, Barbil, arising out of Joda P.S. Case No.65 of 2022, under Sections 147/ 148/ 341/ 323/ 294/ 353/ 332/ 307/186/153(A)/295(A)/120(B)/506/149 of the IPC read with Section 4 of the PDPP Act with 7 Cr LA Act and is in custody since 10.05.2022.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Court of the Additional Sessions Judge, Champua Camp at Barbil, by order dated 19.05.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

It is apt to note that this Court by order dated 20.05.2022 ABLAPL No.4523 of 2022 had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner. But the petitioner was taken into custody. 6.
On a conspectus of materials on record, this Court directs that the petitioner shall be released on bail. The learned Court in seisin of the matter to fix the terms.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
