Heard Mr.K.Dang, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.K.Nanda, learned Addl. Government Advocate. 2.

Since on instruction Mr.Nanda submits that in the meantime Muribahal P.S. Case No. 0116 dated 7.8.2021 has been registered against the accused persons namely, Sanjay Kumar Meher and Rajani Meher under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471/34 I.P.C, Mr.Dang, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to proceed further in the matter.

Mr.Nanda undertakes to serve a copy of the F.I.R. on Mr.Dang in course of the day.

Considering such submissions, the CRLMP is disposed of as not pressed.

Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.
