Mohanty, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners and submits, prayer of his clients' regarding section 33-A in Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 proceeding was made before this Court because the tribunal was not functioning. It has since resumed functioning. He submits, there be direction for his clients to pursue their remedy in the tribunal.
