Mr. Pradhan, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client is the unfortunate son, whose father died by drowning. His client seeks ex-gratia compensation, which has not yet be granted. His client made representation dated 18th April, 2022 to opposite party no.2.

Mr. Das, learned advocate, Additional Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, the representation will be duly dealt with.

Opposite party no.2 is directed to consider and deal with the representation. Petitioner is either to be given ex-gratia compensation
