This matter was not in today's list. But, being mentioned specially on the ground of urgency, the same is taken up. 2.
This I.A. has been filed for modification of the order dated 03.09.2022 passed in the ABLAPL and extension of time for the Petitioner to surrender.

On the basis of submission made, learned counsel for the Petitioner is allowed to carry out necessary correction in the causetitle of the bail application in court today, so far as the name and address of the court is concerned.

Accordingly, in the 3rd line of para-4 of the order dated 03.09.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.5849 of 2022, the name of the court "N.G.N.-cum-J.M.F.C., Tangi" is hereby corrected and replaced as "J.M.F.C., Chilika".

Four weeks' further time from today is extended for the Petitioner to surrender before the learned court below, vide order
// 2 // dated 03.09.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.5849 of 2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (rupees five hundred) by the Petitioner in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of Orissa High Court Bar Association within 15 days from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the deposit.

It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the time stipulated, the time extended for the petitioner to surrender shall stand revoked automatically.

The I.A. is accordingly allowed and disposed of. 8.
