This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the petitioner while praying to dispose of the bail application submits that all the witnesses except the I.O. has already been examined in this case and, therefore, necessary direction may be issued to the learned trial Court to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one month. 3.
Mr. P.K. Pattnaik, learned A.G.A. for the State does not raise any objection to such prayer of the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid submission, if all the witnesses except the I.O. have already been examined, the learned trial Court will do well to dispose of the case preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt/communication/production of the copy of this order. 5.
Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
