This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

The Writ Petition has been filed by the Petitioner with the following prayer:

"In the circumstance, it is humbly respectfully prayed to this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue notice as to why this case shall not be allowed and the Opp. Parties shall not be directed for protection of pay scale of the petitioner on regularization the pay of the Job Contract Employees is to be fixed in the minimum in of the time scale attached to the post with order consequential benefits as admissible under the rule. And, may pass any such other order(s), direction(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper;

And, for this act of kindness, the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray."

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that ventilating his grievance, Petitioner has filed a representation before the, Director,

// 2 // Land Records, Survey and Consolidation, Board of Revenue, Odisha, Cuttack, Opposite Party No.2, dated 28.04.2022 under Annexure-3, which according to the Petitioner is pending before the Authority for consideration.

Considering the limited nature of grievance and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the Director, Land Records, Survey and Consolidation, Board of Revenue, Odisha, Cuttack, Opposite Party No.2, to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 28.04.2022 (Annexure-3) within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law by passing a speaking and reasoned order. Decision so taken be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.

6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.

7. Issue urgent certified copy of this order on proper application. ( A.K. Mohapatra ) Judge U.K. Sahoo
