It is submitted that the petitioner no.2 is a student. 4.

Having regard to the submissions made and the materials on record, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter at this stage. It is however open to the petitioners to surrender before the courts below by 21st June, 2022 and to move for bail, which shall be considered on its own merit on the same day. Till such period, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioners.

CRLMC is disposed of accordingly.
