This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement Order No.
(virtual/physical mode) 2.
This is the successive journey of the petitioner, who is in custody in connection with Dasapalla P.S. Case No.9 of 2018 corresponding to S.T. Case No.67/267 of 2019 pending in the court of the learned C.J.M.-cum-Assistant Sessions Judge, Nayagarh running for the alleged commission of offence under sections 395, I.P.C. read with section 25/27 of the Arms Act in filing this application under section 439, Cr.P.C. for his release on bail.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and keeping in view the nature of accusations against the petitioner as those emanate from the materials on record, finding no such changing
// 2 // circumstance, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for grant of bail to the Petitioner.

The BLAPL is accordingly dismissed.
