This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 30th September, 2021 and consequential order dated 30th November, 2021 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack in C.P. Execution Case No.22 of 2014, whereby a direction has been made for attachment of his pension and to deduct a sum of Rs.9,500/- per month, i.e. Rs.500/- towards arrear maintenance and Rs.9,000/- towards current maintenance to be paid to the Opposite Party.

On perusal of the impugned order dated 30th September, 2021, it appears that arrear maintenance of Rs.4,79,000/- till the date of the order was due to the Opposite Party. The Petitioner was also directed to be paid Rs.9,000/- per month towards current maintenance to the Opposite Party.

In view of the above, I find no infirmity in the impugned order. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. (K.R. Mohapatra) Judge bks
