This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned senior Standing counsel for the State and for the informant. 3.
It is stated that Mr. R. Behera and Miss. J. Sarkar has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of the informant on 17.06.2022, registry to verify and tag the same with file.

Perused the 164 Statement of the victim.

The petitioner is an accused in C.T. Spl. (POCSO) No.11 of 2022, pending on the files of learned Additional Sessions Judgecum-Spl. Judge, Jajpur, arising out of Jajpur P.S. Case No.32 of 2022 under Sections 294/506/354(A)(D)/376(2)(n) of IPC read with Section 4 of the POCSO Act and is in custody since 30.01.2022. 6.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-
Special Judge, Jajpur, by order dated 10.05.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 7.
Taking into account that charge sheet has already been filed and the period of custody of the petitioner, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin of the matter including that the petitioner shall appear once in a week before the jurisdictional Police Station till the conclusion of trial and shall not in anyway threaten or intimidate either the victim or her family members. 8.
Violation of any of the conditions shall entail cancellation of bail by the learned Court in seisin over the matter after following the due process of law without any further reference of this Court. 9.
Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per the rules.
