Heard Mr.S.K.Das, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Nayak, learned Additional Government Advocate. 2.
In this case the petitioner has prayed for extension of time for depositing 20% of the compensation amount as directed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Anandpur while passing the order dated 13.12.2021 in Criminal Appeal No. 8 of 2021. 3.
Mr.Nayak, learned Addl. Government Advocate raises objection to such prayer and submits that if the petitioner wants extension of time, he should approach the same Court which has passed the above noted order.

Considering such submissions, the petitioner is granted liberty to file an appropriate application before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Anandpur in connection with the above noted case for extension of time. In the event such a petition is filed the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Anandpur is directed to dispose of the said petition within a period of two weeks from the date of filing of such petition.
