Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submission and on going through the materials as placed as well as nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances and in the absence of any such other impediment; it is directed that in the event of arrest of the Petitioner in connection with Berhampur Vigilance P.S. Case No.14 of 2019 corresponding to V.G.R. Case No.07 of 2019 pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Vigilance, Berhampur, he shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as the Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as the Arresting Officer may deem just and proper with further condition that the Petitioner is hereby directed to appear before the Investigating Officer on 9th March, 2022 in between 10 am to 2 pm and on such other date/s as asked for in order to cooperate with the investigation.
// 2 // Violation of any of the above condition(s) shall entail cancellation of bail.
