This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call, but it appears from the record that the Petitioner was granted interim bail. This Court by an order passed on 19.10.2022 has granted last chance to the Petitioner to surrender before the Court concerned and file the surrender certificate positively but no surrender certificate has yet been filed in this case.

In view of the aforesaid facts, especially when no one is present to address the Court in this bail application and no surrender certificate is filed indicating about surrender of the Petitioner to the custody, the bail application for the Petitioner along with I.A. 1551 of 2022 stands dismissed. Learned Court is seisin of the case is requested to proceed against the Petitioner and his surety in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the BLAPL is disposed of.
