Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

Petitioner has a serious allegation involving the lease involved herein in favour of Opposite Party No.4, on the premises that in the event the lease is worked out, it will affect the Elephant Corridor. Ultimately, there may be serious inconvenience to be caused by the Elephant. This Court finds, the Petitioner has already submitted a representation to the Collector and District Magistrate, KeonjharOpposite Party No.4 appears to be pending. This Court disposes of the writ petition directing the Opposite Party No.4 to look into the grievancs of the Petitioner vide Annexure-2 and take decision as appropriate by working out within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order, if necessary involving the parties likely to be affected.
