This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the order of cognizance dated 15th July, 2021 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Jaleswar in C.T. Case No.646 of 2020. 3.
Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 4.
It is stated that some of the offences prima facie are not made out.

If that be so, giving liberty to the Petitioner to raise the same before the court in seisin over the matter at the time of framing of charge, this petition for quashment of the order of cognizance stands dismissed.

However, it is open to the Petitioner to surrender before the Court in seisin over the matter within six weeks hence and
// 2 // if he surrenders and moves for bail, the Court in seisin over the matter shall consider and dispose of his bail application in accordance with law on the same day.
