This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Pursuant to the direction of this Court dated 10th June, 2022, Mr. Amitabh Mohapatra, ACP-in-charge, Mangalabag Police Station, Cuttack is present in Court in person. 3.
Mr. Das, learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that possession of the shop room in question has already been handed over to the Petitioner pursuant to the order dated 28th March, 2022 passed by the Additional Assistant Commissioner of Endowments, Cuttack as at Annexure-5 and the order dated 10th June, 2022 passed by this Court.

The grievance of the Petitioner in this writ petition is with regard to inaction of the authorities more particularly Opposite Party No.4-ACP-in-charge, Mangalabag P.S., Cuttack in handing over the possession of the shop room in question to the Petitioner pursuant to the order dated 28th March, 2022 passed by the Additional Assistant Commissioner of Endowments, Cuttack as at Annexure-5.

Mr. Jena, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that possession of the shop room in question has been handed over to the Petitioner in the meantime.

In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition, which is accordingly disposed of. 7.
Personal appearance of Mr. Amitabh Mohapatra, ACP-incharge, Mangalabag Police Station, Cuttack is dispensed with. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
