This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to pay compensation due to death of husband of the Petitioner in an electrical accident taken place on 15th August, 2020 at about 7.00 P.M.

In view of the provisions under OERC (Compensation to Victims of Electrical Accident) Regulation, 2020, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to avail the remedy under the said Regulation.

In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn observing that the Petitioner, if so advised, may work out her remedy under the Regulation.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
