1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

3. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 15.11.2022 a report has been submitted by the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), 2nd Court, Cuttack vide letter No. 395 dtd.23.11.2022. In the said report it has been indicated that the learned Court below is proceeding with the matter and the suit was posted to 24.11.2022 for cross examination of P.W. 1. The said report be kept on record.

4. It is also submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the Parties that the next date has been fixed to 28th November, 2022. Since learned Trial Court is proceeding with the trial, this Court while disposing both the interim applications extend the time for disposal of the suit by the end of December, 2022.

5. Learned Trial Court is further directed not to give any adjournment to either of the Parties and make all endeavor to dispose of the suit within the extended time period. It is open for

// 2 // the Petitioner to file appropriate application with regard to the allegation that the Opp. Parties are violating the order of status quo.

6. The I.As. are disposed of accordingly.
