This application has been filed by the petitioner-wife under Section 24 of CPC for transfer of Criminal Proceeding No. 19 of 2022 filed under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act by the opposite party-husband in the court of learned Judge, Family Court, Kalahandi, Bhawanipatna to the learned Judge, Family Court, Berhampur, Ganjam.

Mr. Ashok Das, learned counsel for the petitioner-wife wants to withdraw this TRP(C) with liberty to file a better application.
