This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Order No 2.

Heard learned counsel for both the Parties.

The Petitioner is aggrieved by the non-disposed of the proceeding initiated against him since 03.06.2014. 4.

It is submitted that because of non-disposal of the same, the Petitioner is not getting the retirement benefits and only he is in receipt of provisional pension.

It is also submitted that the Petitioner though has submitted his written statement of defence on 01.12.2014, but no further progress is being made to dispose of the same by the concerned authority.

Accordingly, it is prayed that necessary direction be issued to the Opposite Party No.2 to dispose of the said proceeding within the stipulated time.

Learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties has no objection with regard to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner.

In view of the same, this Court while disposing the writ petition directs the Opposite Party No.2 to dispose of the proceeding initiated on 03.06.2014 positively within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order. 9.

It is however observed that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
