1. Heard Mr. B.B. Swain, learned counsel for the Petitioner.

2. Mr. Swain seeks withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal (DRT).

3. Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn granting liberty prayed for.

4. In the event the Petitioner approaches the DRT within three days, the same shall be considered in accordance with law including the interim application, if any filed by the Petitioner. Further, learned DRT shall consider the interim prayer of the Petitioner before the scheduled date of auction.
