The Petitioners in this CMP seek to assail the order dated 4th May, 2022 passed by learned Civil Judge-cum- J.M.F.C., Tirtol in I.A. No.5 of 2022 (arising out of C.S. No.6 of 2022), whereby he rejected an application for extension of interim order of status quo dated 27th April, 2022.

It appears from the case record that while issuing notice in the matter, this Court vide order dated 27th May, 2022 in I.A. No.530 of 2022 has directed that the order dated 27th April, 2022 passed by learned Civil Judge-J.M.F.C., Tirtol in I.A. No.5 of 2022 shall remain operative till the next date. 5.

In view of the above, the CMP is disposed of with an observation that the Petitioner, if so advised, may pray before learned trial Court to dispose of I.A. No.5 of 2022 filed under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 C.P.C. at an early date and also may pray for extension of interim order.

With the aforesaid observation, this CMP is disposed of. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
