1. Heard Mr. M. Kanungo, learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.

Samantaray, learned Additional Government Advocate for State.

2. In view of the clear direction under Annexure-5 to appear before the authorities concerned on 25th May, 2022, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition.

3. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to raise all such points before the authority concerned including the grounds raised in this writ petition.

4. With aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of.

5. It is made clear that this court has not expressed any opinion on merit.
