This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Order No 2.

Heard learned counsel for both the Parties.

It is submitted that against the notice issued under Annexure-4, the petitioner has already submitted his reply on 21.05.2022 under Annexure-5-Series.

It is submitted that even though the Petitioner filed a detailed reply, but the said opposite party is not taking a final decision and in the alternate threatening to cancel the Registration Certificate of the Society.

In view of such submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.3 to take a lawful decision on the issue in question taking into account the reply submitted by the Petitioner under Annexure-5-Series and by giving a personal hearing to the Petitioner. The opposite party No.3 is directed to take a lawful decision within a period of four weeks from today. Till such a decision is taken, no coercive action shall be taken against the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
