Mr. P.P. Mohanty, learned Additional Government Advocate states that against the order impugned, revision lies. Instead of availing alternative remedy, the petitioner has approached this Court directly.

Mr. P.K. Ray, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue his remedy before the appropriate authority in accordance with law. 5.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty as aforesaid.
