1. It appears that the marriage between parties got dissolved by mutual consent under Section 13 (B) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. This has not been disputed by the learned counsel for the State.

2. In that view of the matter, G.R. Case No.1289 of 2014 pending in the court of learned JMFC (R), Cuttack and all proceedings consequent thereto are hereby quashed.

3. The CRLMC is accordingly disposed of in the above terms. A copy of this order be communicated to the concerned trial court forthwith.
