1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode. Order No

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Direct the O.P. No.3 to demarcate the land of the petitioner as per order dtd.

04.05.2022 vide Demarcation Case No.74/2021 by deputing police personnel both ladies and gents to maintain law and order situation at the cost of the petitioner within a stipulated period of time".

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 07.05.2022 at Annexure-5 to the Writ Petition before the opposite party No.3 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party no.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner, if there is no other legal impediment.
