Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. The Petitioner is aggrieved by the notice issued in Encroachment Case No.4-114 of 2022.

Since the same is an appealable one, this Court is not inclined to entertain with the same. However, it is observed that if the Petitioner prefers an appeal within a period of seven days and files an interim application along with that, the Appellate Authority shall take a decision on the said interim application within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the said application. Till such a decision is taken by the Appellate Authority, no coercive action shall be taken against the Petitioner in the above noted case. 5.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. 6.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
