Heard learned counsel for both the parties.

Even though no copy has been filed to establish that there is pendency of an application for conversion of the nature of the land pending before the Tahasildar, Bhadrak.

Considering the submissions made, this Court disposes of the writ petition observing in the event any such application is pending before the Tahasidlar, Bhadrak-Opposite Party No.2, the same shall be disposed of taking a lawful decision in the matter after necessary enquiry within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner. 4.
With the above observation, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
