2. Heard Mr. R.Singh, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.D.R.Bhokta, learned C.G.C.

The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Direction be made to the Opp.Party No.3 to consider his representation and consider his APAR grading From A2 (trending to outstanding to A1 (outstanding) pending before the Authorities. And to pass such other/ orders and writ/ writs which would afford complete relief to the Petitioner".

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 26.02.2022 at Annexure-2 to the Writ Petition, before the opposite party No.3 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party no.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
