3. The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Direct the O.P. No.2 to dispose of the Demarcation Case dated 22.02.2022 within a stipulated period of time".

Considering the innocuous nature of prayer made in the Writ Petition, the Opposite Party No.3 is directed to dispose of Demarcation case alleged to have been filed on 21.02.2022 within a period of six months by giving notice to all concerned and if there is no other legal impediment.
