This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Mr. S.K. Dash, learned counsel for the petitioners while seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application, submits that the trial of the case may kindly be targeted. 3.
On the contrary, Mr. S.S. Pradhan, learned counsel for the State submits that he is yet to obtain instruction with regard to submission of charge-sheet in this case.

In view of the aforesaid submission and prayer, this Court without adverting to the materials on merit disposes of the bail application requesting the learned Court in seisin of the case to expedite the trial, if charge-sheet has been submitted in the meantime. (G. Satapathy) Judge Subhasmita
